Eligibility
- 1,715 candidates in total have been provisionally shortlisted for the further selection process.
- Allocation of posts was made on merit-cum-preference of the posts submitted online, combined with the Fix or Float option exercised during Sliding and Identity Verification.
- Candidates who failed to attend the sliding process physically were treated as absent under Para 10 of the FRTA write-up dated 31 July 2026, and were not considered for the final result.
- The 111 new allocations exist precisely because those absences freed up posts.
- Shortlisting is provisional — it remains subject to the rest of the selection process.
How to Apply
- Open the final result PDF on the SSC website.
- Search it for your roll number rather than scrolling — the document runs to 19 pages of tables.
- Check which category you appear under: Fix, Float, or new allocation. It tells you whether your post is settled or still in the pool.
- Keep the result PDF saved. The Commission archives older results after a few months.
