The e-Admit Cards for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II) 2026 are live on the UPSC online portal. The examination is on Sunday 13 September 2026 across India, in a forenoon and an afternoon session. No paper admit card is sent, and the venue stops admitting candidates 30 minutes before each session begins.

Eligibility

  • The e-Admit Card must be preserved until the final result of NDA & NA (II) 2026 is declared.
  • No paper admit card is issued. Without the printout at the allotted venue, you are not allowed to take the examination.
  • Carry the photo ID card whose number appears on the e-Admit Card, in each session.
  • If the photograph on your e-Admit Card is not clear, bring a photo identity card and two passport-sized photographs — one per session — along with an undertaking.
  • You may appear only at the venue printed on your e-Admit Card.
  • Entry closes 30 minutes before each session: 09:30 AM for the forenoon and 01:30 PM for the afternoon.
  • Reach the venue in good time for face authentication, identity verification and frisking.

How to Apply

  1. Open upsconline.nic.in and go to the e-Admit Card section for NDA & NA (II) 2026.
  2. Log in and download your admit card as soon as it is available.
  3. Take a printout and check the photograph, ID number, venue and session timings carefully.
  4. If your photograph is unclear, arrange a photo ID and two passport photographs before exam day.
  5. Read the 'Important Instructions to the candidates' attached to the admit card.
  6. Keep the admit card safe until the final result — you will need it at later stages.
