AACCC has declared the Round 1 seat allotment result for AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS and allied Ayush degree seats) on 16 September 2026. The result itself is only the first step — allotted candidates must download the Provisional Allotment Letter from the portal and physically report to the allotted institute within the 17–23 September reporting window, or they lose the seat; admission done offline, outside the portal, is treated as null and void.

Eligibility
- Applicable to candidates who registered and filled choices for Round 1 of AACCC UG Counselling 2026 for Government/Government-aided/Central University/Deemed university BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS and B.Pharma (Ayurveda) seats.
- Candidates willing to join must report to the allotted institute within the 7-day reporting window and complete admission only through the online mode by generating the Provisional Admission Letter from the AACCC-UG portal — any offline admission is null and void.
- Candidates not willing to join the allotted seat get a Free Exit and can participate in subsequent rounds by filling fresh choices.
- Candidates wanting to upgrade in Round 2 must still join the Round 1 allotted institute first and submit their willingness for upgradation at the time of reporting.
