Eligibility
- Only Indian nationals may apply.
- M.E./M.Tech. qualifications require a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (or CGPA 6.5/10), and M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. qualifications require a minimum aggregate of 65% marks (or CGPA 6.84/10).
- Applicants for Junior Research Fellow posts (Post Code 1 to 7) must additionally hold a valid NET (including CSIR-UGC NET Lectureship/Assistant Professorship), GATE, or an equivalent national-level test conducted by a recognised Central Government department/agency, valid as on the closing date, 30.09.2026.
- Positions are temporary, for a specific duration, and confer no claim or right to regular appointment in any DOS/ISRO Centre.
