Eligibility
- Open only to serving officers/employees of the Central Government, State Government, UT Administration, or Central/State autonomous and statutory organizations (Public Sector Undertaking staff also eligible for some posts) — not open to fresh candidates or private-sector applicants.
- Appointment is on deputation/foreign service terms, initially for three years.
- Maximum age 56 years as on the closing date of application.
- Candidates must fulfil the educational qualification and experience conditions specified for the post as on the closing date.

- Obtain the prescribed Application Form (Annexure II) along with the Experience Certificate proforma (Annexure III), Vigilance/Administrative Clearance Certificate (Annexure IV) and No Objection Certificate (Annexure V) from the official Vacancy Notification on nta.ac.in.
- Attach complete ACR/APAR for the last 5 years (up to 2024-25), Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Integrity Certificate and Major/Minor Penalty Statement for the last 10 years.
- Route the completed application through the proper channel — the Cadre Controlling Authority or Parent Organization — with cadre clearance where applicable.
- Ensure the application reaches The Director (Administration), National Testing Agency, 5th Floor, Government of India Press Building, Minto Road, New Delhi-110002, and by email, latest by 24 September 2026.
