- M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution with 12 years' experience in Database Management/Data Processing.

- Post is Group-A, Gazetted, Pay Level-12 (Grade Pay ₹7,600/-).
- Age must be between 35 and 45 years as on 01 July 2026, with relaxation as per rules.
- One Time Registration (OTR) on the UPPSC portal is mandatory before applying online.

- Obtain a One Time Registration (O.T.R.) Number from https://otr.pariksha.nic.in at least 72 hours before applying, if not already registered.
