RPSC School Lecturer 2025 — Detailed Application Form Open for Maths, Urdu and Rajasthani till 16 September

Short Information

Candidates on the considered list for School Lecturer in Mathematics, Urdu and Rajasthani under the Pradhyapak and Coach (School Education) Competitive Examination 2025 must file the online Detailed Application Form between 10 and 16 September 2026, up to 11:59 PM. Two things here trip candidates up. The form is filled through the SSO Portal, not the RPSC site — recruitment portal, then My Recruitment, then Detailed Form Cum Scrutiny. And after submitting it, the verification is run by the Secondary Education Department at Bikaner, not by RPSC: the department calls you for document verification directly, and RPSC will send no separate intimation. Miss that departmental date and you are treated as ineligible and dropped from the result.

Eligibility

• This applies to candidates included in the considered lists issued by RPSC for School Lecturer in Mathematics, Urdu and Rajasthani, under the Pradhyapak and Coach (School Education) Competitive Examination 2025 for the Secondary Education Department.
• Inclusion in the considered list is provisional — the Detailed Application Form is the eligibility-check step that follows it.
• The window for all three subjects runs from 10 September 2026 to 16 September 2026, up to 11:59 PM.
• The Detailed Application Form is filed through the Rajasthan SSO Portal, using your SSO ID, and not through a separate RPSC login.
• Scrutiny of the Detailed Application Form and of documents is carried out by the concerned department — Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner — and not by the Commission.
• The department itself will call candidates for document verification through the appropriate channel. RPSC states clearly that it will send no separate intimation to candidates about it.
• A candidate who does not appear on the date the department fixes for document verification is treated as ineligible and is not considered in the result.
• A separate press note of the same date gives a second and final opportunity to a handful of candidates in Geography and Physics — three in Geography and one in Physics — who did not submit the Detailed Application Form in the earlier 22 to 28 August window. Their window is 10 to 14 September 2026 up to 11:59 PM, their roll numbers will be published on the RPSC website, and no further opportunity will be given; otherwise they will not be considered in the selection process.
• Both press notes are issued over the signature of the Secretary, RPSC, Ajmer.

How to Apply

1. Log in to the Rajasthan SSO Portal at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in with your SSO ID.
2. Open the Recruitment portal, then select My Recruitment.
3. Choose Detailed Form Cum Scrutiny and click Apply Now.
4. Fill and submit the online Detailed Application Form before 11:59 PM on 16 September 2026.
5. After submitting, use the Print option and take two printed copies of the complete Detailed Application Form. Keep them safely.
6. When the Secondary Education Department, Bikaner, notifies the date, time and place, attend with both printed copies, all original documents and self-attested photocopies.
7. Do not wait for a message from RPSC about document verification — the Commission says it will not send one. Watch for the department's own communication.
