Short Information
UPESSC will hold the written exam for Principal posts in aided co-education and women's degree colleges (Advertisement 02/2026) on 24 September 2026. It is a single shift from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at only two centres, both in Lucknow. The advance exam-district slip has been live on upessc.up.gov.in since 14 September, but that slip is not an admit card. The admit card itself can be downloaded from 21 September, and nobody will be allowed into the exam without it.

Eligibility
- Covers candidates who applied for Principal posts in non-government aided co-education and women's colleges under UPESSC Advertisement 02/2026.
- The exam will be held in one shift only, 9:30 to 11:30 AM on 24 September 2026, at two exam centres in Lucknow.
- The advance exam-district information released on 14 September is only for planning travel and is not an admit card.
