UPSSSC is filling 12 computer-cadre posts in the Office of the Advocate General, Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh, under Advertisement No. 20-Exam/2026 — 11 Computer Operator Grade-A in Level-4 and one Assistant Computer Operator in Level-2. Applications opened on 7 September 2026 and close on 28 September. Two details are worth knowing before you start: only candidates who sat the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025 and hold a PET-2025 score card are eligible, with shortlisting on the normalised PET score, and both posts are advertised as temporary rather than permanent. Eligibility

• All 12 posts are under the Office of the Advocate General, Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh.
• Both posts are advertised as temporary (asthayi), not permanent.
• Only candidates who appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025 and to whom UPSSSC issued a PET-2025 score card may apply, and they must also hold the essential qualification prescribed for the post.
• Shortlisting for the mains examination is on merit of the normalised PET-2025 score.
• A candidate whose actual (absolute) or normalised PET-2025 score is zero, below zero or negative will not be shortlisted for the mains examination.
• Candidates marked Under Investigation (UI) or Provisional in the PET 2025 result may apply provisionally, subject to the final decision of the Commission in their case.
• Fee for all four categories is the ₹25 online process fee — the application fee itself is nil.
• Candidates in the dependants of freedom fighters, ex-servicemen, women, Divyangjan and outstanding sportsperson categories pay according to their own base category from the four listed.
• The application form submits automatically only after the fee is successfully paid and reconciled by the bank, and the printout is unavailable until then.

How to Apply

1. Open upsssc.gov.in and find Advertisement No. 20-Exam/2026 under the Live Advertisement segment; download and read it before applying.
2. Register and submit the online application by 28 September 2026. No application or fee is accepted after that date.
3. Pay the ₹25 online process fee during the application.
4. Get the fee reconciled by 28 September 2026, or within seven days of it at the latest, that is by 5 October 2026.
5. If the fee shows as pending, log in through the Applicant Dashboard with your PET-2025 registration number, or use Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification under the Applicant Segment.
6. Permitted details in the submitted application can be corrected up to 5 October 2026.
7. Download and print the submitted application form — the Commission can ask for a copy at the document-scrutiny stage.
8. If shortlisted for the mains, pay the separate mains examination fee before trying to download the mains admit card.
